Chepkirui Flavious is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and an Associate in the Firm’s Real Estate, Banking and Commercial Department.
She is a transactional lawyer with experience in banking and finance, commercial law, real estate, conveyancing, and corporate advisory. She advises financial institutions, corporate entities, developers, and private clients on a broad range of transactions, including secured lending, property acquisitions and disposals, commercial contracts, legal due diligence, regulatory compliance, and the structuring and perfection of securities, providing practical and commercially focused legal solutions.
Flavious is also a Certified Professional Mediator with a keen interest in corporate governance, risk management, and sound business practices.
