Our Associates

NKA deliberately gives its Associates the exposure and training that they need to professionally handle clients and competently execute legal instructions with minimal supervision.

 

 

Muthoni is a Senior Associate in the Firm with vast experience in Conveyancing and Property law, Securitization, Company Law, and commercial transactions.

She handles transactions pertaining to real estate, conveyancing, the perfection of securities for financial institutions, corporate restructuring, legal audit & compliance as well as commercial law.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Kenyatta University, a Post-graduate Diploma from Kenya School of Law and is a certified Legal & Compliance Auditor and a Commissioner for Oaths.

Lilian is a Senior Associate stationed at our Mombasa Branch. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Commissioner for Oaths. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.

As an advocate, she has competence in matters concerning property acquisition, Bank Securitization, drafting of commercial contracts and agreements, negotiating business contracts and projects.

Besides having passion for the Law, Lilian believes in working with Integrity and delivering her work as service to God.

Nereah is a Senior Associate attached to the Firm's Conveyancing and Real Estate Department and the Banking & Securities Department.

Nereah has more than 2 years of experience in legal practice specialized in Conveyancing & Real estate law and Banking & Finance Law. She also has experience in contract Law, family law and probate & estate planning.

She is highly skilled in legal drafting and research with a proven ability to provide quality work and effectively resolve issues to achieve goals. She is self-driven, creative, analytical and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (2nd Class Upper) from Strathmore University and a postgraduate diploma in law from the Kenya School of Law.

She is a member at the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) Kenya since 2019 and a Member of the Law Society of Kenya since 2020.

Frashia is an Advocate of the High court of Kenya with more than four years Post Admission experience.

She is an Associate advocate in the firm’s with a vast experience in Conveyancing, Commercial Law and Litigation.

She is also a Commissioner for Oaths.

Fridah is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and an Associate in the Firm’s Conveyancing and Commercial Department.

She has experience in perfection of bank security documentation, acquisition and transfer of property interest, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, incorporation of companies, and regulatory impact assessment and compliance.

Fridah holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from Riara University and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. She also holds a CIPIT Data Protection Certificate from Strathmore University.

Irene is an Associate Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and an associate with the firm’s Conveyancing and Commercial Department. Her main areas of expertise are perfection of securities for banks, acquisition of property, drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts and agreements.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The University of Nairobi-Parklands Campus and a Postgraduate Diploma from Kenya School of Law.

She is skilled in legal drafting and research, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Jemutai is an associate in the firm’s Commercial and Conveyancing Department and is domiciled at our Nakuru Branch.

She is skilled in matters relating to general conveyancing transactions, financial securitization and Commercial and Corporate practice. Periodically, she also engages in litigation practice.

Jemutai holds a Bachelors of Laws (LL.B) Degree from Moi University and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law.

 

She is currently pursuing her Certified Secretarial (CS) course from KASNEB.

Joseph is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation Department.

He has extensive experience in Litigation matters, drafting pleadings, Conducting research and providing legal opinions on various areas of the law.

Joseph holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law.

Biko is advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a certified professional mediator. He is an Associate in the Firm and has vast knowledge and experience in real estate, banking and finance.

Biko holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from the Riara University and a Post-graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law.

He is currently pursuing a certification in Data Protection and Corporate Finance. He previously worked for Kaplan and Stratton Advocates.

Karen is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and an Associate in the Conveyancing Department in the Firm. She is skilled in property transfers, lease agreements, commercial contracts, and the perfection of securities.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law.

Beyond her legal practice, Karen is passionate about human rights evidenced by volunteering with various NGOs and completing courses on several human rights issues through Amnesty International.

Eric is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Department.

He has been extensively involved in litigation at various levels across different courts within the Republic of Kenya. He has also been involved in various public interest litigation cases. His experience spans the field of Civil and Criminal Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Constitutional Litigation and Succession and Family Law.

He holds LLB from Kenyatta University School of Law and Diploma of Laws from Kenya School of Law.

He has previously worked at the Firm of Eric Achoki & Associates Advocates and the Firm of Humphrey & Company LLP.
